On 12 September, 2018 the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Moscow hosted the EuroReception, a joint event organised by the Polish Embassy in Moscow, the Polish Business Club in Russia and the Association of European Businesses (AEB).

The International bank for economic co-operation (the IBEC) continues to strengthen its team by highly qualified professionals and in early September the IBEC Board approved nomination of two new employees to senior positions.

From August 30, 2018 to September 7, 2018 at the headquarters of the International Bank for Economic Co-operation (the IBEC) and the International Investment Bank (the IIB), the IBEC and IIB top officials welcomed representatives of the largest banks of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The range of meetings included both public and private sector banking institutions of Vietnam: the negotiations were conducted with representatives of the State Bank of Vietnam, Vietcombank, Agribank and the Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

On 6 September 2018 Denis Ivanov, Chairman of the Board of the International Bank for Economic Co-operation, participated in events dedicated to an official visit to the Russian Federation of Nguyễn Phú Trọng, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which took place in the city of Sochi. On this day Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, welcomed Nguyễn Phú Trọng at ‘Bocharov Ruchei’, his Sochi residence.
