International Bank for Economic Co-operation provided a long-term loan to the Russian State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) in the amount of 480 million rubles within the framework of a credit line in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles. At the expense of the IBEC financial resources, three localized aircrafts of the Czech brand L-410 were purchased and subsequently transferred into operation. This light aircraft is manufactured at the Ural Civil Aviation Plant in Russia.
The aircraft is certified by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the Russian Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC). The cost of the aircraft development project was 568 million crowns, 237 of which were paid by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.
The aircrafts were leased to Siberian Light Aviation LLC, which carries out air transportation in the Siberian region under the “SiLA” brand.
